Monthly Programs
Weekly In-Office Membership
We administer your weekly injection. Up to 4 Injection-Only Visits/month, billed as a membership.

Save $21/month vs. à la carte visits. Medication billed separately at cost + 10%.
Self-Inject Program
You administer your weekly injection at home. Monthly follow-up with your provider.

Plus medication + one-time fee $30 starter kit. No admin fee.
Oral Daily Program
Daily oral medication (ODT, phentermine, Qsymia, or topiramate). Monthly follow-up with your provider.

Prepay & Save
3-Month Prepay: save 5% on medication cost, one $25 delivery fee instead of 3.
6-Month Prepay: save 8% on medication cost, delivery fee waived after the first shipment.
All services are cash pay; we do not bill insurance. Patients age 12-17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all visits. Medication section and doing are determined by a licensed provider based on clinical evaluation and are subject to availability from our compounding pharmacy. Medication pricing reflects pharmacy cost + 10% service fee, plus applicable sales tax and a $25 delivery fee per shipment. Prices effective July 2026 and subject to change without notice.
